I have a long history working and helping a variety of diverse clients. I have worked as a certified coach, mindfulness teacher, yoga instructor, and an organizational change consultant for over 20 years. Being from a diverse background myself I have an interest assisting clients with a variety of issues including relationship issues, later stage life transitions (retirement, chronic illness, spousal or partner loss, homecare transitions), caregiver and/or dependency stress, elder care transitions and stress, facing ageism, aging out in the workplace, identity issues (discovery and rediscovery), grief, loss, and anxiety.
We are in this together. Therapy is a journey of discovery that starts from building a foundation of trust.
Our time together is meant to be timebound with flexibility. Each session will focus on goals that you identify as meaningful in the present moment while prioritizing what we have agreed as your long-term goals for therapy. This will allow you to address what is relevant to you in real time while achieving meaningful change.
I have spent my career working in various roles with one core focus in common; I help people live with and manage change in their lives, so they feel empowered, confident, and enabled. My work has provided me the opportunity to learn through lived experiences, obtain a variety of meaningful certifications, all while working with people addressing personal, professional, and organizational level change.
