Life can be beautiful, fulfilling, and full of joyful moments. However, it can also bring challenges, loss, and hardship, and these painful times can often feel all-consuming and lonely—being human is hard and complex. When we're experiencing these inevitable times of struggle in life, it can be difficult to remember our strengths and our capability to overcome. I believe that no one should suffer alone or in silence, and I’m dedicated to walking alongside you as you navigate these challenges, while helping you to find the coping tools and skills to feel empowered and capable of healing and change. It is my aim to provide a warm, safe, nonjudgmental space for you to find comfort and support for overcoming your struggles.
The foundation of my practice is person-centered, strengths-based, and collaborative in nature. I work from an integrative counselling approach that draws from Mindfulness, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Narrative Therapy. I don’t believe in a “one-size fits all”, but rather, aim to collaborate with each individual to find the best fit for you.
