I am dedicated to providing my clients with compassionate and effective holistic support to
navigate life’s challenges and ride the currents of everyday life with greater ease. My goal is to
empower you to draw on your inner strengths and past achievements, fostering a sense of
agency in your life. I draw from a variety of therapeutic approaches, including Dialectical
Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Strength-Based Therapy, and
Solution-Focused Therapy. My primary focus is to create a warm and trusting relationship,
where we can explore your thoughts and feelings, enabling you to make positive changes,
develop effective coping and communication skills, and clarify your values and goals. This
process will help you remain anchored during turbulent times and lead a fulfilling, balanced life.
I have over fifteen years of experience in the education sector, working with families and
teaching children and adolescents from diverse backgrounds, including those with special
needs. During this time, I helped students uncover their strengths, build resilience, increase
their self-esteem, and ultimately succeed. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Behavioural Sciences
and am currently in the final stages of completing my Masters of Arts in Counselling Psychology,
with a specialization in anxiety and depression.
It takes immense courage to consider therapy, and I commend you for taking this important
first step towards self-improvement. I offer therapy sessions in English and Hebrew. Please feel
